Selected Bioacoustic analysis tools
 
R or Python packages and tools are useful tools to perform sound detection, classification, and analysis. In particular warbleR, SeeWave, bioacoustics, monitoR, are excellent packages for bioacoustics pipelines. Other GUI software are also available to achieve those goals:
