After two days of journey from Windsor, we finally reached Blacks Harbour from where we took a small ferry to Grand Mannan Island. Along the road, we drove through Toronto, Quebec City and Montreal, Canada. An exciting journey monitoring the wild population of Savannah Sparrows (Passerculus sandwichensis) is awaiting ahead of us.
